Dr. Glenn Vo is the founder of Nifty Thrifty Dentists and Dental Lifestyles Magazine. With both platforms, Dr. Vo is able to help Dental Professionals level up their careers through the power of community.
He also helps Dental Companies grow their business by increasing brand awareness within the Nifty Thrifty Dentist and Dental Lifestyles Magazine network.
Dr. Vo is also an owner and practicing Dentist in a large group practice in Denton, Texas. Denton Smiles Dentistry has been serving the Greater Denton Area since 2009. Dr. Glenn Vo lectures around the country on Dental Overhead Management as well as Social Media Strategies for Dental Corporations. He also coaches Professionals on how to become thought leaders in their industry.
Sophia Dunkley is a respected dental speaker, coach, and consultant with over 27 years of experience. Known for her bold yet practical approach, she helps dentist, and their teams elevate performance, streamline systems, and dramatically increase case acceptance, particularly in high-value treatment and implant dentistry.
As a certified leadership coach and seasoned dental operations leader, Sophia draws on her diverse background in private restorative practices, multi-specialty, startups, and Dental Support Organizations. Guided by her signature philosophy of transforming strangers into friends, she fosters trust, communication, and authentic patient engagement, creating team-oriented environments that drive treatment acceptance. Sophia captivates audiences nationwide by delivering impactful presentations that leave dental professionals inspired, equipped, and ready to take action. Sophia holds advanced training and certifications from NYU, IPEC, LVI Global, and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Amy Cantu is an Operations and Efficiency Consultant and the owner of AIM Management Consulting. With over 20 years of experience in dental and healthcare administration, she brings a deep understanding of both corporate and private practice environments. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Healthcare Management from Dallas Baptist University and is a Certified DISC Coach.
Her diverse background spans roles from front desk to Practice Administrator, as well as corporate trainer and De Novo facilitator. Amy is passionate about helping dental teams improve systems, communication, and case acceptance through behavioral insights and operational excellence.
