Amy Cantu is an Operations and Efficiency Consultant and the owner of AIM Management Consulting. With over 20 years of experience in dental and healthcare administration, she brings a deep understanding of both corporate and private practice environments. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Healthcare Management from Dallas Baptist University and is a Certified DISC Coach. 

Her diverse background spans roles from front desk to Practice Administrator, as well as corporate trainer and De Novo facilitator. Amy is passionate about helping dental teams improve systems, communication, and case acceptance through behavioral insights and operational excellence.
